We offer a variety of engaging, interactive and educational programs for guests of all ages. Programs also offer unique learning opportunities for homeschool groups. Check our calendar for upcoming programs.

Little Explorers
Ages 2 – 5, with adult 
Select Fridays | drop by between 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

This program is designed to spark your little one’s curiosity and tickle their imagination! Science, art, and sensory experiences come to life with fun and creative hands-on stations. Every month offers a different theme with new activities!
*All parents are expected to participate with and supervise their children. Activities may include items that are a choking hazard.

Family Art Saturday
Ages 3 & above
Last Saturdays | drop by between 10 am – 12 pm & 2 – 4 pm

Each Family Art Saturday highlights new – and sometimes unusual – materials for artistic creations inspired by the theme of the day.

Explore-at-Home Online Activities
Videos and step-by-step guides for at-home pursuits

Online activities hosted by Ms. Pat engage children with stimulating, hands-on science experiments, crafts and art projects. At-home experiences offer parents the chance to interact with their children in fun ways.

Discovery Saturday!
1st grade & above, with adult 
Two Saturdays a month | drop by between 1:30 – 3:30 pm

Kids and adults will enjoy sharing the experiences offered in this “hands-on, minds-on” program that explores a variety of science, art and exhibit-related topics. Every month offers a different theme with new activities! Investigate, create, discover! This program is also perfect for homeschool groups.
*All parents are expected to participate with and supervise their children.

Museum Discovery Quests
Ages 6 & above
Self-guided pamphlets that offer a fun exploration through the Museum

Explore Museum exhibits with your family in a creative way with Museum Discovery Quests – entertaining, self-guided “scavenger hunts” that pique kids’ curiosities and captivate their attention. Several different themes are offered, and all of them include a free Take It N’ Make It activity packet for kids to make a fun project at home. This program is a unique learning opportunity for homeschool groups.
