Hosted by Patrick Vincent, Associate Professor of Printmaking at APSU 

A printmaking workshop in monotype, exposing participants to subtractive color theory in print. Subtractive color theory, color as applied to pigment and ink, separates into 4 layers or channels: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. These channels, when combined, create a full range of colors. Attendees will actively engage in the process, printing individual images that work from separate layers that will overlap and unify into colorful finished prints.
