The Customs House Museum is proud to once again partner with Black Clarksville—this time to present a special screening of the groundbreaking documentary Paris is Burning. Directed by Jennie Livingston, Paris is Burning offers an unforgettable look into the vibrant ballroom scene of 1980s New York City. Through the voices of Black and Latinx drag queens, transgender women, and gay men, this film celebrates self-expression, resilience, and community.
