  • 10 am – 5 pm, Tuesdays – Saturdays
  • 1 – 5 pm, Sundays
  • Closed Mondays and major holidays

*Explorers Landing and Family Art Studio close at 4:30 pm daily.

Ways to save when visiting the Museum:

Museums for All

Museums For All is a nationwide program that offers those who receive SNAP benefits reduced admission. Present your EBT card and valid picture ID to receive reduced general admission for up to six individuals.

Admission Prices:
$3 Adults and Children 3+
FREE for children 2 and under

Blue Star Museums

Blue Star Museums offers free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve.

The program begins in May on Armed Forces Day and ends in September on Labor Day. Admission is good for the military ID holder and up to five family members.

Library Family Passes

Active library card holders may check out a family pass at participating libraries. The Museum pass is good for seven days and will grant four adults and any household children entrance to the Museum. Just like checking out a book, patrons will return the pass to the Circulation Desk at the library after their visit.

Parking

The Museum offers free parking in our lot directly behind the Museum on South Second Street. Alternative parking can be found throughout Downtown Clarksville. You can find parking locations here.

Group Tours

Groups of 10 or more paying individuals may qualify for a discounted rate and must schedule their visit in advance.

Food Policy

Food, beverages, gum and candy are prohibited inside the Museum. Help us protect the art and artifacts, and keep your Museum clean!

Photography & Videography Policy

Flash photography is not permitted in the Museum. For media and professional photography/videography inquiries, please contact marketing@customshousemuseum.org to schedule a media visit.

Museum professionals are often seen photographing and videoing our space for marketing materials. If a Museum worker is taking your photo and you wish not to be included, please let them know.
