Nashville artist Ashley Mintz creates colorful mixed media pieces that have exhibited in places such as the Tennessee State Museum and Tennessee State University. Mintz says of her work, “Art, whether it is creating it or enjoying the works of others, is a very healing experience for me. Art is so personal, yet it can speak to anyone. Being an introvert, art has been the thing that has given me a voice.”
