In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary as a country, Phyllis Smith will give a lecture on the United States Colored Troops (USCT) stationed in Clarksville during the Civil War. Troops were stationed at Fort Bruce in New Providence, now known as Fort Defiance. Register here.
