Gone Fishing tells the story of the Cumberland River, and the history of regional fishing through artifacts, images, and text.

This exhibit includes:

• Vintage lures, tackle boxes, traps, rods, and fishing accessories
• The Clarksville Bass Club (second oldest in the nation)
• Fish species of the Cumberland
• Kids sections: fishing game from the late 1800’s, kid’s tackle box, and a display of what you might find at an old “bait” shop
• A fishing boat suspended from the ceiling
• The Beaver Paddle Company
• Video of “fishing stories”
• Fly fishing section
• 1976 commemorative fishing display
